This policy describes the personal data used by IDC Games Influencer at influencer.idcgames.com. The controller is IDC GAMES SL (company number B87077632). For privacy questions or requests, contact info@idcgames.com.
1. Information used by the portal
- Account and social sign-in: your name or display name, email address when supplied by the provider, provider name and provider account identifier.
- Creator profile: the country, interests and channel names, platforms and URLs you provide, together with channel verification information.
- Campaign participation: affiliate codes, accepted campaign conditions, submitted video links, review decisions, authorised metrics-access status and internal notifications.
- Technical information: session and security cookies, language and timezone preferences, and technical request or error information needed to operate and protect the service. Server logs may include an IP address.
2. TikTok and other connected accounts
When you choose TikTok Login, TikTok authenticates you and asks you to approve the requested access. The current sign-in flow uses the provider identifier and display name to recognise your account. Other providers may also supply an email address. Your social-network password is not sent to IDC Games.
The sign-in callback uses an access token to obtain the authorised profile information; the current account-linking flow does not save social access or refresh tokens in the account database. Signing in does not authorise IDC Games to publish to your TikTok account or automatically verify every channel you enter. Any future access to additional metrics requires the relevant authorisation.
You can remove the app's access in your provider's connected-app settings. This stops future authorised access through that connection; it does not itself delete records already held by IDC Games. To request deletion of those records, use the contact in section 7. Providers process data under their own privacy policies.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Account management and campaign administration use information needed to provide the service and take steps relating to your participation. Security checks, abuse prevention and service troubleshooting rely on legitimate interests in protecting the service and its users. Records required for legal obligations are processed on that basis. Where optional processing requires consent, that consent must be obtained separately and may be withdrawn.
Campaign eligibility can be filtered using country, selected creators and verified audience thresholds. Administrators manage campaign conditions and reviews. You can contact support to ask about an eligibility or review result.
4. Access to information and third parties
Authorised IDC Games personnel can access information needed to administer accounts and campaigns. Hosting and operational service providers may process information to deliver the service. Campaign reviewers may receive the submitted video, channel and campaign information needed for a review; personal information may also be disclosed where legally required.
The portal loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which causes your browser to contact Google and disclose technical request information. Following an external link or signing in with a provider also connects you to that service. 5. Cookies and preferences
The portal uses session and anti-forgery cookies for sign-in and form security. Language preferences are stored in the session and a timezone cookie supports the seasonal calendar. A browser-session marker prevents repeating the New Year visual effect. The current portal does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent sign-in or forms from working.
6. Retention and security
Account information is kept for the period needed to provide the account and manage participation. After a closure request, information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised, while records necessary for legal obligations, unresolved campaigns or legal claims may need to be retained for the applicable period. Ask us for the retention criteria relevant to your records.
Access controls and session protections help protect account information. Do not submit social-network passwords, payment credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information through profile or campaign fields.
7. Your rights and deletion requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to certain processing and withdraw consent for consent-based processing. Send requests to info@idcgames.com, identifying IDC Games Influencer and the account concerned. We may need proportionate information to confirm that the request relates to your account; do not send passwords or access tokens.
You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Account support is available at support@idcgames.com.
